Appearance. Pale yellow (3 SRM). Unfiltered with a moderate to full haze. Moderate white head with tight bubbles and fair retention. Highly effervescent.
Aroma. Moderate intensity. Sharp lactic sourness blends with fresh orange zest and a distinct, spicy ginger note. Low bready and doughy malt aroma. No hop aroma. Subtle sea salt minerality.
