This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant, fruit-forward exploration of the cherry. Pouring a deep, luminous ruby, it leads with an intense, authentic bouquet of freshly harvested cherries underpinned by a delicate lactic tang. The inclusion of wheat malt and oat flakes provides a soft, pillowy texture that carries the sharp acidity of the fruit across the palate. Subtle floral and citrus notes from Hallertauer Diamant hops provide a refined backdrop, while the wild fermentation delivers a clean, bone-dry finish. Appearance. Deep ruby to garnet with a brilliant pink-tinted head that shows moderate retention. A slight haze is present from the wheat and oat protein content.
