Pivovar Antoš Red Comet is a bold Red IPA that balances a sturdy malt backbone with a vibrant hop profile. Utilizing Simpsons Finest Pale Ale Maris Otter and melanoidin malts, the beer offers a rich foundation of toasted biscuit and deep caramel. The dominant Comet hops lead the charge with intense resinous and citrus character, supported by the tropical fruit notes of Amarillo and the clean, firm bitterness of Nugget. At 7.3% ABV, the palate is robust yet finishes with a crisp, resinous dry snap. The interplay of toasted malts and pungent American hops creates a complex, lingering sensory experience.

Appearance. Dark copper to deep mahogany with brilliant clarity; topped by a dense, persistent ochre-colored head that leaves thick lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pungent resin, grapefruit pith, and ripe mango. A supporting malt profile provides medium-low notes of caramel, toasted bread, and a slight honeyed sweetness. Clean fermentation profile.
