Taste. Massive tropical fruit flavors lead the palate, showcasing passionfruit and melon. The Strata hops provide a complex berry-like sweetness. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a soft foundation for the hops. Bitterness is low to medium-low and smooth, never harsh. The finish is off-dry and refreshingly clean with a lingering fruity aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, soft, and slightly pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is no perceived alcohol warmth or astringency, making for an exceptionally drinkable experience.
