Ginger Shot is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that prioritizes a sharp, spicy ginger punch, expertly integrated with earthy turmeric and a subtle prickle of chili. Appearance. Deep orange to burnt amber (8-12 SRM); slightly hazy with visible particulates from the turmeric and carrot. Pouring with a moderate, off-white head that fades relatively quickly due to the spice oils.
