Appearance. Deep gold to light copper with brilliant clarity, though a very slight haze is permissible. It features a medium-sized, off-white head with excellent persistence and moderate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of apricot and raspberry esters alongside sharp citrus and tropical fruit. A prominent background of pine resin is supported by low, clean, bready malt notes with a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of grapefruit zest and stone fruit, followed by a mid-palate of red berries and resin. Bitterness is high and clean, providing a sharp but balanced structure. Low grainy maltiness offers a subtle toasted base, leading to a dry finish with a lingering hoppy, bitter aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture and no harshness. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp mouthfeel, complemented by a very light, smooth alcohol warmth.
