This Fruit Beer presents a vivid, tropical tapestry that evokes a refined tiki cocktail. An assertive aromatic profile leads with fresh lime zest and creamy, shredded coconut, supported by the lush, stone-fruit esters typical of a hazy base. The addition of lactose provides a silken, milkshake-like texture that rounds out the bright acidity of the lime. On the palate, expect a harmonious blend of sweet coconut and tangy citrus, underpinned by soft, doughy malts and a restrained hop bitterness. At 8.5% ABV, a gentle, integrated warmth emerges, enhancing the beer’s substantial, velvety presence through a long, tropical finish.
