This Wild Specialty Beer presents an explosive tropical profile, defined by a massive addition of pink guava, mango, and apricot. The sensory experience is lead by a boombastic bouquet of sun-ripened stone fruit and musky tropical notes, seamlessly integrated with a sharp, wild fermentation character. On the palate, the vibrant acidity balances the lush fruit density, preventing the nectar-like flavors from becoming cloying. While the base malt provides a soft, bready foundation, the focus remains on the interplay between the tangy fruit skins and a clean, lactic tartness. It concludes with a crisp, dry finish and a lingering essence of exotic fruit.

Appearance. Opaque with a glowing sunset orange to coral-pink hue (10-15 SRM). Features a dense, pink-tinted head with moderate retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by fresh, musky pink guava, jammy apricot, and tropical mango. A clean lactic sourness and a faint earthy funk are present, with very low bready malt and no hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply tart, immediately followed by intense flavors of pink guava and fleshy mango. Apricot provides a secondary stone-fruit tang. Malt flavor is low and neutral, supporting the fruit without sweetness. Bitterness is nearly absent, as the acidity provides the structural balance. The finish is very dry and fruit-forward.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a lush, pulpy texture derived from the high fruit concentration. Moderate carbonation. Very low alcohol warmth and minimal astringency from fruit tannins.
