Bandwidth Riots is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the concentrated power of Cryo Simcoe and Cryo Mosaic hops. The pour reveals a glowing, opaque gold body topped with a persistent, meringue-like white foam. On the nose, intense layers of ripe passion fruit and blueberry meld with bright tangerine and a subtle, clean pine resin. The palate is a lush, tropical explosion where Mosaic drives notes of mixed berries and papaya, while Simcoe provides a grounding citrus and forest floor nuance. A pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness allow the juicy fruit character to shine, finishing with a soft, lingering fruit-forward sweetness.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (5-6 SRM); opaque with a substantial haze and a luminous shine. Thick, rocky white head with exceptional retention and decorative lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical passion fruit, blueberry, and ripe mango. Secondary notes of tangerine peel and a delicate, clean pine. Background malt is lightly bready and grainy; fermentation esters are fruity and well-integrated.

Taste. Massive fruit-forward hop flavors of blueberry, papaya, and citrus. Low to medium-low bitterness that provides just enough structure without being sharp. Malt is neutral and bready, supporting the hop oils. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering, juicy tropical aftertaste.
