Appearance. Pours a medium gold with a slight haze from the oat addition and heavy dry-hopping. It is topped by a persistent, dense white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, tangerine, and tropical mango. A secondary resinous and piney character is evident. The malt is low and clean, presenting as a faint grainy sweetness, while the fermentation profile remains neutral.
Taste. The initial impression is hop-forward, dominated by citrus peel and tropical fruit flavors. A firm to high bitterness provides a sharp structure, yet the malt remains supportive with a clean, bready character. The finish is dry and smooth, with a lingering aftertaste of resin and citrus oils. No harshness or solvent notes are present.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a noticeably smooth, almost creamy texture derived from the oats. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a crisp bite. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated, with no detectable astringency.
