This American IPA expertly bridges the gap between classic West Coast intensity and contemporary smoothness. An explosive aromatic bouquet is driven by a precise blend of Eclipse, Nelson Sauvin, El Dorado, and Citra hops. The sensory experience is defined by bright layers of zesty citrus, tropical mango, and the distinctive white wine-like gooseberry of Nelson Sauvin. Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (7–9 SRM). Persistent, off-white, frothy head with excellent lacing. A slight haze is present, reflecting its hybrid nature between traditional West Coast and modern hazy styles.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward profile. Prominent notes of tropical mango and sweet citrus are underscored by a distinct gooseberry and crushed grape character. Low, clean, crackery malt sweetness provides a foundation for light fruity yeast esters and a faint resinous pine.

Taste. Bold hop flavors mirror the aroma, featuring a surge of citrus zest and ripe mango followed by a sharp gooseberry edge.
