This Australian Sparkling Ale showcases the modern Eclipse hop, delivering a vibrant sensory experience that balances traditional structure with contemporary flair. A medium-gold body supports high carbonation and a frothy white head. The aroma leads with prominent sweet tangerine and zesty citrus peel, underpinned by a cooling hint of fresh pine needles. On the palate, a clean, grainy malt foundation provides a supple medium body before a firm bitterness asserts itself. The finish is remarkably crisp and highly attenuated, leaving a refreshing, lingering trail of citrus resin and earthy yeast character typical of the style.

Appearance. Medium gold (5-6 SRM) with brilliant clarity if decanted, though often hazy if yeast is roused. Features a tall, frothy, and very persistent white head with fine bubbles and significant effervescence.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring prominent sweet tangerine and citrus zest from the Eclipse hops, accented by fresh pine needles. A low, clean grainy malt character supports moderate esters of pear and apple, with a faint, clean yeasty sulfur note.
