PINTA Witbier is a quintessential Belgian-style wheat ale designed for peak refreshment. It greets the senses with a classic aroma of zesty orange peel and the bright, lemony snap of coriander, underpinned by a soft, bready malt foundation. Appearance. Very pale straw to light yellow (approx. 3 SRM). Strikingly cloudy with a milky, whitish-yellow shine from starch haze. Features a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring zesty, citrusy-orange fruitiness and perfumy coriander. Accompanied by a moderate bready, grainy maltiness with light notes of honey. Low spicy-herbal yeast esters are present; hop aroma is absent.
Taste. Pleasant bready and grainy wheat flavor with a touch of honey sweetness. Refreshing orange-citrus and herbal-spicy coriander notes are central but well-balanced. Hop bitterness is low, providing a crisp structure without overshadowing the spices. Finishes very dry and clean with no harsh aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a notable smoothness and light creaminess. High carbonation provides an effervescent, prickly sensation. Refreshing and crisp with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
