Appearance. Light gold to pale amber (6-8 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit zest, resinous pine, and a hint of tropical fruit. Very low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral background. Fermentation profile is clean with no significant esters.
Taste. High hop flavor of citrus peel and pine. Malt presence is low and supportive, offering a clean, bready backbone. Bitterness is firm and medium-high, providing a sharp but clean edge. The finish is extremely dry and crisp, leaving a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste with no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the dry finish. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but subtle.
