Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (SRM 7–10). Characteristically opaque and hazy. Features a thick, persistent, creamy white head with excellent lacing and retention.
Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by a tropical explosion of mango, pineapple, and passion fruit. Secondary notes of citrus and stone fruit complement a clean, soft, grainy malt presence. A faint, pleasant alcohol warmth is detectable but not solventy.
Taste. The initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit juice. Strong hop flavors of melon and citrus are supported by a medium-sweet, unobtrusive malt foundation. Bitterness is firm but smooth, preventing the dense body from becoming cloying. The finish is long and saturated with hop oils, providing a lingering tropical aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and viscous with a creamy, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. A distinct but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its high strength, without any harsh hop-derived astringency.
