PINTA Mini Maxi Tropicale is a bright and refreshing non-alcoholic Fruit Ale designed to transport the palate to the tropics. The sensory profile is dominated by a vibrant blend of pineapple, passion fruit, and grapefruit juices, which deliver a complex array of tangy acidity and exotic fruit notes. Apple juice provides a necessary foundation of subtle sweetness to balance the zesty citrus components. While the body remains exceptionally light, a clean, cracker-like malt presence ensures the drink retains its character as a beer. A hint of pithy bitterness from the grapefruit complements the crisp finish, resulting in a highly drinkable and aromatic tropical experience.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (SRM 3-4). The beer exhibits a slight haze from the addition of fruit juices. It pours with a moderate-sized white head that shows fair retention and leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh tropical fruit. Dominant notes of ripe pineapple and tangy passion fruit lead the profile, supported by a zesty grapefruit citrus character. A very low, bready malt aroma is tucked in the background. Hop aroma is virtually absent, and the fermentation profile is exceptionally clean.

Taste. Initial impression is a refreshing burst of tropical fruit acidity. Pineapple and passion fruit flavors are prominent, while grapefruit adds a citrus zing and a touch of pithy bitterness. Apple juice contributes a mild, rounding sweetness that balances the tartness. Malt flavor is very low and cracker-like. The bitterness is low and integrated with the fruit acids. The finish is clean, crisp, and relatively dry with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a thin but crisp texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a refreshing effervescence. There is no perceived alcohol warmth. It is smooth on the palate with very low astringency.
