A specialized hop blend featuring Idaho 7, Motueka, and Talus provides a sophisticated aromatic layer of bright lime, tropical stone fruit, and nuanced herbal accents. The malt profile is intentionally restrained, offering a clean, grainy backbone that supports the hop-forward character without adding weight. This American Pale Ale balances a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel with a pleasant, integrated bitterness, resulting in a contemporary sensory profile that is both approachable and aromatic, perfectly capturing a lighter, fruit-driven craft experience.

Appearance. SRM 5-7, pale gold with a persistent, frothy off-white head that leaves moderate lacing. Consistent with its hazy designation, the beer displays a noticeable, uniform turbidity rather than brilliant clarity.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring a complex bouquet of lime zest, pineapple, and pink grapefruit driven by Motueka and Idaho 7. Subtle notes of dried rose petals and pine from Talus emerge alongside a low, neutral grainy malt scent and clean fermentation esters.

Taste. The initial impression is hop-centric, echoing the aroma with flavors of tropical fruit and citrus. Malt presents as a light bready foundation. Bitterness is moderate and firm but remains smooth, balancing the hop oils. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with lingering notes of citrus peel and soft resin.
