This German Pils captures the essence of a summer session with its focus on crispness and high drinkability. Dry hopped with the legendary Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, it presents a sophisticated profile of floral, spicy, and herbal notes that dance above a clean, grainy-sweet Pilsner malt base. The 5% ABV provides a light, refreshing structure, while the use of traditional German lager yeast ensures a pristine fermentation character. A firm, assertive bitterness defines the experience, cutting through the heat with a sharp, dry finish that invites another sip. It is an impeccably balanced lager where the classic hop character remains the bright, cooling centerpiece.

Appearance. Straw to bright yellow (SRM 2-4). Brilliant clarity. Pours with a dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Dominated by the floral and spicy perfume of Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. Secondary notes of doughy, light grainy-sweet Pilsner malt, reminiscent of fresh crackers. Very clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression of crisp, grainy-sweet malt is rapidly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness and herbal flavor. The Hallertauer Mittelfrüh provides a classic spicy and floral depth. Highly attenuated with a bone-dry, clean finish. A lingering but pleasant hop bitterness remains in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that creates a refreshing, stinging crispness on the tongue. Smooth texture with no astringency and a subtle, flinty dryness.
