This American IPA, crafted in the modern Cold IPA style, delivers a bright and exceptionally clean sensory experience. The hop profile is assertive and complex, featuring resinous pine and spicy earthiness from Columbus, layered with vibrant tropical fruit and blueberry notes characteristic of Mosaic and Idaho 7. Cascade rounds out the bouquet with classic grapefruit zest and floral highlights. A lean, cracker-like malt backbone keeps the focus entirely on the hops, leading to a bone-dry finish. The bitterness is firm yet crisp, making for a refreshingly drinkable profile that emphasizes hop aromatics over malt sweetness.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (6-8 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a frothy, white, persistent head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, pine resin, mango, and stone fruit. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation is very clean with no notable esters, allowing the piney and tropical character of the New World hops to dominate.

Taste. High hop flavor echoing the aroma's citrus, resin, and tropical fruit notes. Initial impression is crisp and hop-forward. Low grainy malt flavor provides a neutral base. Medium-high bitterness is clean and sharp but not harsh. The finish is very dry and snappy, with a lingering hoppy aftertaste of pine and citrus peel.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, lending a refreshing effervescence. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated. No astringency.
