PINTA Hopzz_ Integrity is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the experimental potential of Sabro hop extract. It pours with a luminous, opaque glow, releasing an intense bouquet where creamy coconut and lush tropical fruits lead the profile. This hoppy mojito effect introduces refreshing notes of lime and subtle mint, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. On the palate, the Sabro influence is profound, delivering a smooth, juicy experience with minimal bitterness. The finish is clean yet lingering, emphasizing the unique interplay between citrus zest and exotic fruit, all wrapped in a velvety, pillowy texture.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (approx. 4 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a soft shine. Topped by a dense, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by Sabro-derived aromas of toasted coconut, ripe pineapple, and mango. Distinctive lime zest and a hint of fresh mint provide a mojito character. Background malt is neutral, lightly bready, and grainy.
Taste. Initial rush of tropical fruit sweetness and creamy coconut. High hop flavor mirrors the aroma, focusing on lime and stone fruit. Bitterness is low to moderate and soft, never harsh. Malt provides a supportive, doughy base. Finish is off-dry and fruit-forward.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with no hop astringency. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated.
