This single-hop Hazy IPA showcases the vibrant, punchy character of hand-selected Riwaka hops from New Zealand. It pours with a luminous, opaque glow and a dense, meringue-like head. The sensory experience is dominated by an explosion of pink grapefruit, tropical passionfruit, and a distinct citrus zest characteristic of the Riwaka variety. A soft, pillowy malt base of light bread and grain provides a supportive canvas without adding sweetness. The mouthfeel is exceptionally smooth and juicy, leading to a balanced finish where moderate bitterness provides a clean counterpoint to the intense, tropical fruit-forward profile.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (approx. 4-5 SRM). Distinctly hazy to opaque with a radiant shine. Thick, rocky, white head with high retention and meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pungent notes of pink grapefruit, passionfruit, and lime zest. Subtle background of bready, grainy malt. Clean fermentation profile with light fruity esters and no herbal or grassy notes.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor dominated by tropical fruit and citrus. Low bready malt flavor. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is well-integrated and never sharp. Soft, off-dry finish with a clean hop-forward aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth mouthfeel without any raw starch texture or acidic twang. Subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
