This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant collaboration using Styrian Wolf hops from Slovenia alongside Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo. The sensory profile is defined by an explosion of tropical fruit and ripe berries. Mosaic contributes intense layers of mango and blueberry, while the Styrian Wolf provides a unique elderflower and dark berry complexity. Beneath the hop-forward surface, a subtle grainy and bready malt character supports the juicy impression. The beer pours with a characteristic opaque glow and a dense, white head. It concludes with a soft, pillowy finish and a restrained bitterness that prioritizes drinkability and massive fruit expression over sharp edges.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (SRM 3-5), opaque with a heavy haze and a vibrant shine. Features a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by mango, passion fruit, and citrus from the Mosaic, complemented by distinct elderflower and wild berry notes from the Styrian Wolf. Background notes are clean, grainy, and lightly bready; no caramel or toast present.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of tropical fruit and ripe berries. Low to medium bready malt flavor provides a soft foundation. Bitterness is low-medium and exceptionally smooth, never harsh. The finish is off-dry to medium and incredibly juicy with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation with no astringency or harshness. Alcohol presence provides a very light, well-integrated warmth.
