Die Brauerei Pinta hat neben dem Gerstensaft eine weitere große Leidenschaft: das Reisen. Praktischerweise lassen sich das Brauhandwerk und das Fernweh wunderbar miteinander kombinieren. Man kann ferne Länder erkunden und sich von ihrer Braukunst inspirieren lassen, man kann in die Hopfenanbaugebiete der Welt reisen, um sich seine aromatischen Dolden höchstpersönlich auszusuchen, man kann sich mit Gleichgesinnten aus aller Herren Länder austauschen und Collaborationen auf die Beine stellen. Die Browar Pinta hat all diese Optionen in ihren Braualltag eingebunden und fungiert neben ihrer Brautätigkeit auch noch als inoffizielles Reisebüro. In zwei ausgedehnten Serien erkundet das polnische Team die Sehenswürdigkeiten unseres Planeten und fängt ihre Essenz in Hopfen und Malz ein.

Für Hazy Discovery Sydney hat sich Pinta mit den Kolleg:innen von One Drop Brewing zusammengetan. Man traf die australische Brauerei im Zuge der Hopfenauswahl in Neuseeland und verstand sich auf Anhieb gut. Mit vereinten Kräften ist dann ein kraftvolles Hazy IPA mit den Hopfensorten Citra, Nectaron und Riwaka entstanden.

Eine Besonderheit dieses Bieres ist die Brautechnik, die One Drop Brewing entwickelt hat. Clean Fusion ist eine innovative Praxis, bei der dem Bier nach der ersten Fermentation sämtliche Hefe entzogen wird. Anschließend gibt man mittels Kalthopfung eine großzügige Menge Hopfen hinzu. Dies führt zu einem klaren, geradlinigen und hopfenintensiven Bier mit saftigen Obstnoten, Zitrusanklängen, Kräutern und frisch gemähtem Gras im Geschmack.
