This Hazy IPA offers a saturated sensory experience, defined by a thick, juice-like texture and a vibrant hop profile. A sophisticated combination of Idaho 7™, Strata®, and Mosaic® creates an intense aromatic bouquet of overripe tropical mango, passionfruit, and a signature layer of strawberry and dank pine. The inclusion of Cryo Hops® Mosaic® further amplifies the berry-forward intensity, while the palate remains plush and soft. Despite its dense body, the beer maintains a crisp finish, balancing a delicate, bready malt sweetness with a restrained, velvety bitterness that enhances its high drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4–6 SRM). Opaque and deeply hazy with a luminous glow. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of pineapple, grapefruit, and stone fruit. Strata® contributes notes of red berries and a subtle herbal dankness, while Idaho 7™ adds hints of apricot and resin. Low, neutral, bready malt in the background; clean fermentation profile.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of mango, citrus, and blueberry from the Mosaic® and Cryo Hops® Mosaic® components. Low bready malt flavor provides a supportive, non-caramel base. Bitterness is low-moderate and smooth, balancing the soft malt. The finish is off-dry and clean with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, plush body with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. Smooth and devoid of hop harshness or astringency. Subtle alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
