PINTA Chapter is a vibrant American Pale Ale designed as a canvas for New Zealand hop exploration. This expression features Riwaka™ in a concentrated lupulin format, delivering a punchy, high-intensity aromatic profile. Expect a bright sensory explosion of pink grapefruit, zesty passion fruit, and a medley of tropical fruits. The underlying malt bill is lean and neutral, providing a clean stage for the hops to shine without interference. Brisk carbonation and a refreshing, dry finish make this a highly sessionable beer. The concentrated hop oils provide a saturated fruit character that lingers pleasantly, defining this modern take on a classic style.

Appearance. Pale golden (approximately 5 SRM) with a moderately large, frothy white head that shows good retention and leaves light lacing. Generally clear with a very faint, luminous haze.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring prominent grapefruit zest, passion fruit, and tropical fruit notes driven by the Riwaka™ addition. Malt character is low and neutral, offering a simple bready backbone. Clean fermentation profile with negligible esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of citrus and tropical fruit. Strong grapefruit and passion fruit flavors dominate the mid-palate. Moderate hop bitterness provides a firm structure but remains smooth. The malt is supportive and slightly grainy, leading to a crisp, dry, and clean finish with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. Very smooth finish with no detectable alcohol warmth or astringency, enhancing overall drinkability.
