The palate is exceptionally dry and highly attenuated, offering a crisp, refreshing structure. Subtle orchard fruit flavors dance against a backdrop of mild, leathery funk. This wild ale delivers a refined sensory journey, emphasizing the nuanced evolution of Brettanomyces over time within a medium-light, effervescent body.

Appearance. Pale gold to light amber in color (4-7 SRM). Displays a moderate, white head with fair retention that fades to a persistent ring. Clarity is generally clear to slightly hazy, often showing a delicate effervescence characteristic of extended aging.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex profile dominated by the Speciation spontaneous blend. Pronounced notes of wet hay, dusty earth, and light barnyard funk are balanced by aged esters reminiscent of overripe peach, apricot, and lemon peel.
