This Imperial-strength interpretation of an American Porter is a decadent sensory immersion, defined by its 14-month maturation in George Dickel and Willett bourbon barrels. The profile is dominated by rich, campfire-smoke notes from Polish Smoked Plums, intertwined with the spicy warmth of Cinnamon and the creamy sweetness of Vanilla. Deep layers of dark chocolate and espresso malt form a robust foundation, while the barrel aging contributes evocative notes of charred oak, toasted coconut, and sweet caramel. On the palate, the interplay of smoke and stone fruit evolves into a lingering, velvety finish of spice and dark-sugar richness.

Appearance. SRM 40+. Opaque, deep black with dark ruby highlights at the edges. Head is thick, creamy, and tan-colored, with moderate retention and fine-beaded lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Bold aromas of smoked wood and campfire from the plums and smoked malt. Strong vanilla bean and cinnamon spice follow, supported by bourbon-derived oak, caramel, and coconut.
