PINTA Barrel Brewing Enology (Sauvignier Gris)

In cooperation with the Silesian Vineyard they decided to brew something between beer and wine in Pinta. They added a large quantity of freshly harvested Sauvignier Gris grapes to the 14-month-old wild beer, which was then aged for more than five months.
