PINTA Alles Klar is a precise homage to the North German Pils, prioritizing a sharp, dry finish and assertive bitterness. Brewed with noble native hops, the sensory profile opens with high-intensity floral and herbal notes set against a backdrop of clean, grainy Continental Pilsner malt. This interpretation emphasizes a crisp attenuation that strips away sweetness, allowing the mineral-accented bitterness to define the palate. The experience is bracing and clean, featuring a distinctively lean structure that highlights the elegance of traditional German ingredients while maintaining a refreshing, brilliant clarity. It is a classic representation of the drier, more bitter northern beer monuments.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent persistence and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity of flowery, spicy, and herbal noble hop character. Complemented by a low to medium grainy, doughy, and lightly toasted cracker malt presence. The fermentation profile is exceptionally clean with no esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Sharp, clean bitterness leads immediately, supported by a lean malt backbone of grain and light honey. High hop flavor of dried herbs and wildflowers. The balance is firmly bitter, finishing very dry and crisp with a lingering minerally sharpness and herbal aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that creates a refreshing, scrubbing sensation. No astringency, though a flinty, crisp dryness is prominent. Negligible alcohol warmth despite the 5.5% ABV.
