PINTA A'la Grodzisz is a masterful tribute to the historic Grodziskie style, delivering a refined sensory experience driven by 100% Smoked Wheat Malt. The aroma is dominated by clean, elegant oak smoke and subtle hints of cracker-like wheat. Despite its low alcohol content, the double decoction process imparts a satisfying depth that balances the beer's intense, spritzy carbonation. On the palate, a crisp, bone-dry finish meets a moderate herbal bitterness, all while the lager yeast ensures a clean, neutral fermentation profile. This is a highly refreshing, pale, and smoky session beer that excels in technical precision and drinkability.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (2-3 SRM). Features a dense, billowy white head with excellent retention and thick lacing. Brilliant clarity with a sparkling, effervescent appearance.

Aroma. Moderate to assertive intensity of clean wood smoke, specifically oak. Subtle notes of bready, grainy wheat support the smoke. Very low herbal hop aroma. Fermentation is exceptionally clean with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Immediate, clean smoke flavor reminiscent of a wood fire, balanced by a light, bready wheat malt backbone. Moderate hop bitterness provides a crisp structure. The finish is bone-dry and highly attenuated, with a lingering, pleasant smoky aftertaste that remains clean and never phenolic or acrid.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a very high, prickly carbonation that provides a sharp, refreshing 'sting' on the tongue. Crisp and clean with no alcohol warmth and zero astringency.
