This sophisticated Cider with Other Fruit displays a vibrant intersection of traditional keeving and vinous maceration techniques. Infused with grape skins for three weeks and matured for six months, it offers a layered bouquet of elderflower, orange peel, honey, and apricot. The palate is defined by a silky texture from the naturally sweet keeved cider, which carries flavors of fresh orange and juicy apple flesh accented by hints of red berries. A distinctive tannic structure emerges from the blend of cider apples and grape skins, leading to a complex, grippy finish that lingers with a gentle, refreshing spritz.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber with subtle orange highlights from grape skin contact; brilliant clarity with a fine, quickly dissipating white head and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; floral notes of elderflower and zesty orange peel are layered over a foundation of honeyed sweetness and ripe apricot with a clean, fermented apple base.

Taste. Initial impression of natural apple sweetness balanced by fresh orange and apple flesh; mid-palate reveals tart red berries; finishes dry and complex with a notable tannin-driven grip.
