Appearance. Very pale straw to light yellow in color (2-3 SRM). It features a distinctively cloudy, milky appearance due to starch haze and yeast. It is topped by a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready, grainy wheat malt and light honey notes. Aromatics are led by perfumy, lemony coriander and zesty orange peel citrus. A low, spicy yeast character complements the spices without any significant hop aroma.

Taste. A pleasant bready and grainy malt flavor serves as the base for moderate zesty orange fruitiness and herbal-spicy coriander. Hop bitterness is low, allowing the refreshing spice and fruit to lead. It finishes crisp and dry with no harshness or lingering bitterness.
