This modern, session-strength American IPA is defined by its vibrant hop-forward character, showcasing the intense candy-like and tropical profile of Superdelic hops. The addition of oatmeal provides a smooth, silky texture that beautifully counters the zesty, citrus-led bitterness. Expect an aromatic burst of red berries and ripe mango, leading into a palate where the hop-derived fruitiness remains front and center against a lean, grainy malt base. Despite its approachable alcohol content, it maintains the classic dry finish and firm bitterness characteristic of the style, resulting in a fresh and highly drinkable contemporary ale.

Appearance. Pale gold (5-6 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. Features a medium-sized, frothy white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity featuring prominent New World hop notes of sweet red berries, tropical fruit, and citrus zest. A low, clean, grainy maltiness with a hint of oat-driven nuttiness supports the hops. Fermentation is clean with no discernible esters or alcohol.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of citrus peel, berry candy, and mango. Low grainy malt flavor provides a subtle backdrop for a medium-high hop bitterness. The finish is dry and crisp, leading to a lingering, hoppy aftertaste of tropical fruit and lime.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a noticeably smooth, creamy texture from the oatmeal. Moderate carbonation and no alcohol warmth, making for a refreshing and non-astringent experience.
