This exceptionally sessionable American IPA delivers a sensory experience far exceeding its 2.5% ABV. Despite its light stature, the beer showcases a vibrant hop profile driven by the generous use of El Dorado and Mosaic varieties. Enthusiasts will encounter a refreshing aromatic burst of resinous pine and lush tropical fruits like mango and pineapple. The palate remains crisp and hop-forward, supported by a clean, lean malt backbone that ensures a dry, snappy finish. It is a masterful display of flavor efficiency, offering the classic bitter punch and complexity of the style without the weight of a higher alcohol content.

Appearance. Pours a pale to medium gold with a slight, modern haze. Features a medium-sized, brilliant white head with good persistence and delicate lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop-driven bouquet featuring distinct notes of resinous pine, tropical mango, and citrus zest from the El Dorado and Mosaic hops. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle background, while the fermentation profile remains neutral.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of pineapple and stone fruit followed by a firm, resinous bitterness. The low-intensity grainy malt serves only to support the hop character. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering, clean bitterness and additional notes of tropical fruit.

Mouthfeel. Light body, consistent with its sessionable strength. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively, scrubbing effect on the tongue. Smooth texture with no astringency and zero alcohol warmth.
