This celebratory Wild Specialty Beer pours a luminous salmon-pink, mimicking a fine sparkling wine with its lively, effervescent fizz. The aroma leads with a distinct vinous profile derived from the infusion of red & white grape juice, complemented by the clean, crackery sweetness of Lager malt. On the palate, a sharp but approachable lactic acidity highlights notes of tart berries and white currants. The fermentation character is clean and bright, accentuating the dry, wine-like finish. Its crisp structure and high carbonation make for a sophisticated, refreshing experience that balances fruit elegance with a playful sour punch.

Appearance. Palesalmon to light copper hue (SRM 4-6) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a fine-beaded, pale pink head that shows moderate to low retention, common for the style.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity of vinous white and red grapes, reminiscent of a young rosé wine. A clean, lemony lactic tartness is prominent, supported by a subtle, sweet grainy note from the lager malt. Ester-driven notes of strawberry and green apple are present, with no hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply tart and refreshing. The flavor is dominated by the fermented red & white grape juice, which contributes notes of tannin and tart berry skins without residual sugar. Lager malt provides a lean, crackery backbone. Hop bitterness is very low, as the balance is firmly tilted toward acidity. Finish is bone-dry and effervescent.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied and lean with very high carbonation that creates a prickly, champagne-like 'fizz' on the tongue. No alcohol warmth is perceived. A very slight tannin-driven astringency from the grape juice adds structure and enhances the dry finish.
