This vibrant American IPA centers on a singular, tropical obsession. The infusion of a significant amount of real pineapple creates a succulent, juicy profile that dovetails perfectly with the distinct character of Bru-1 hops. On the nose, intense notes of freshly sliced pineapple dominate, supported by the hop’s signature stone fruit and grassy undertones. The palate follows suit, offering a bright tropical sweetness that is quickly reined in by a firm bitterness and a clean, grainy malt backbone. It finishes dry and crisp, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit and resinous hop depth that defines this playful take on the style.

Appearance. Medium gold color (SRM 7) with a slight haze from the fruit infusion. It supports a medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop and fruit aroma. Dominant notes of sweet, juicy pineapple and tropical fruit from the Bru-1 hops. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle background, while fermentation esters remain minimal and clean.

Taste. The flavor is dominated by juicy pineapple and tropical hop notes. A medium-high bitterness provides a crisp, clean balance to the fruit character. The malt character is low and grainy, leading into a dry finish with a lingering hoppy and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, clean texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively mouthfeel. Very light, smooth warmth is present without any harshness or astringency.
