Vexovoid is a high-intensity Double India Pale Ale that leads with a massive, saturated hop presence from an aggressive triple dry-hop regimen. The interplay of Sabro and Lotus creates a lush foundation of creamed coconut, orange zest, and vanilla, while HBC586 and Citra amplify the sensory experience with layers of overripe mango, guava, and bright pink grapefruit. Despite the 9% ABV, the malt remains a clean, supportive whisper of golden grain. This hazy powerhouse balances a soft, pillowy texture with a firm, resinous bitterness, delivering a complex, tropical profile that lingers with a smooth, warming finish.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). It displays a heavy, opaque haze characteristic of the New England sub-style. Topped by a dense, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense and multifaceted hop aroma. Dominant notes of coconut and tropical stone fruit from Sabro and HBC586, complemented by floral orange blossom and vanilla hints from Lotus. Citra provides a sharp citrus backbone of lime and grapefruit. Low, neutral grainy malt sweetness in the background; clean fermentation profile with a subtle, well-integrated alcohol presence.

Taste. Explodes with tropical fruit flavors including mango, pineapple, and coconut. The hop flavor is extremely high, transitioning from sweet fruit to a more resinous, pithy citrus. Malt flavor is low, providing just enough soft, bready support. Bitterness is firm and moderately high but lacks harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a long, lingering hop saturation and a touch of fruit esters.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. A noticeable but restrained alcohol warmth spreads across the palate without being solventy. No significant astringency despite the heavy dry-hopping.
