This assertive Double IPA, born from a collaboration with Adroit Theory, presents an intense sensory profile defined by its massive hopping. It opens with an aggressive aromatic display of sticky pine resin, bright citrus pith, and crushed tropical fruit. The palate mirrors this intensity, delivering sharp grapefruit and resinous flavors over a lean, neutral malt base that ensures a high level of drinkability. A firm, clean bitterness cuts through the medium body, leading into a bone-dry finish where hop oils linger. The 8.1% ABV provides a well-integrated, smooth warmth, rounding out a powerful yet remarkably balanced hop-forward experience.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange-copper with a moderate degree of haze typical of modern interpretations; topped with a dense, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. Prominent and intense hop aroma featuring resinous pine, grapefruit zest, and hints of mango and passionfruit; a subtle, grainy-sweet malt presence sits far in the background with a light, clean alcohol note.

Taste. Initial impression of citrus and resinous hop flavors, transitioning into a firm, moderately high bitterness that avoids harshness; malt character is soft and unobtrusive, finishing dry with a long, lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture and moderate-to-high carbonation; features a well-integrated, gentle alcohol warmth that remains smooth without any hop-derived astringency.
