This Hazy IPA radiates with an intense bouquet of passion fruit and lime zest, underscored by the unique gooseberry and white grape notes of Nelson. On the palate, the hop profile expands into lush mango and sweet berry, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. The mouthfeel is famously pillowy and smooth, masking a moderate bitterness that yields to a tropical, juice-like finish. It is a vibrant, sensory-heavy expression of the style, prioritizing aromatic depth and a supple, creamy texture.
Appearance. 3-5 SRM; golden-orange with a thick, opaque haze providing a vibrant shine. Features a persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; pungent tropical notes of passion fruit, mango, and guava from Galaxy and Mosaic, bright citrus zest from Citra, and sophisticated white wine and crushed gooseberry from Nelson. Low grainy-bready malt in the background; clean fermentation profile.
