This Double IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience defined by its intense triple-hop profile featuring Idaho, Sabro, Citra, and Mosaic. A powerful aromatic burst of juicy tropical mango, bright citrus, and stone fruit gives way to a distinctive resinous pine backdrop. Despite its 7.7% ABV strength and a formidable 93 IBU, the bitterness remains rounded, supported by a balanced, medium-full body. The inclusion of Sabro adds a subtle creamy coconut nuance that complements the sharp grapefruit of Citra and the berry-like depth of Mosaic, culminating in a clean, lingering finish that highlights its complex hop-forward character.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-10 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head and excellent lacing. Clarity is clear with only a very slight, acceptable haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma showcasing a complex blend of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango), citrus (grapefruit, lime), and stone fruit. Secondary notes of resinous pine and a faint coconut character are evident. The malt presence is low and neutral, providing a clean, grainy backdrop. Fermentation is clean with very light fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of juicy hop flavors—tropical fruit, citrus zest, and stone fruit. A firm, high bitterness is present but well-managed and rounded. The malt flavor is supportive and clean, offering a light toasted grain character. The finish is medium-dry with a long, resinous pine and citrus rind aftertaste. Alcohol flavor is clean and well-integrated.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. Noticeable but restrained alcohol warmth provides a pleasant glow without being solventy. No significant hop-derived astringency is present.
