Phase Three Six! - The Open Bottle

For our 6th trip around the Sun we brewed a beautiful hazy double IPA stacked with Eclipse, Citra, and Galaxy—Eclipse drops bold orange and mandarin, Citra layers in mango and grapefruit, and Galaxy ties it with passionfruit and a tropical hum.
