Terrrazzzo presents an amplified sensory experience of a classic Double IPA, pushing the boundaries with a potent 10.87% ABV. The hop profile is driven by a massive trio of Amarillo, Centennial, and Simcoe, delivering a saturated bouquet of grapefruit rind, floral orange blossom, and pungent resinous pine. On the palate, expect a bold interplay of tropical fruit and earthy spice, supported by a lean, bready malt backbone that stays out of the way of the intense hop saturation. Despite its significant strength, the finish remains remarkably clean and dry, showcasing a firm bitterness that balances the subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-11 SRM). Topped with a moderate, persistent, off-white head that leaves dense lacing. Clarity is mostly clear with a faint, luminous haze common to modern hop-saturated versions.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit and floral citrus from Centennial and Amarillo, layered with the dank, resinous pine and slight passionfruit characteristic of Simcoe.
