Pixel 4K is an immersive exploration of the Citra hop, utilizing an array of formats including Citra T-90, Cryo Citra, Citra Incognito, and Citra Spectrum to achieve high-definition flavor saturation. This Hazy IPA pours with a luminous, opaque glow, releasing intense aromas of zest and sunshine. The palate is dominated by vivid layers of lemon peel and succulent grapefruit pulp, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone and a pillowy, approachable mouthfeel. Despite the massive hop saturation, the bitterness remains restrained, allowing the vibrant citrus oils to lead into a clean, juicy finish that highlights a mastery of the modern tropical profile.
Appearance. Color is deep straw to pale gold (4–6 SRM). Appearance is opaque and hazy with a vibrant, healthy shine. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and dense, persistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by massive citrus notes of fresh-squeezed grapefruit and bright lemon zest. Malt is low and supportive, offering a clean, grainy, and lightly bready character without caramel or toast. Fermentation is clean with subtle, supportive fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a wash of juicy citrus. Prominent flavors of grapefruit pulp and lemon peel from the layered hop additions.
