P3 Mexican Lager is a refined take on the International Pale Lager style, emphasizing a clean and highly refreshing profile. The sensory experience begins with a delicate foundation of premium malts, providing a soft, grainy-sweet aroma and a subtle bready or crackery flavor. This malt sweetness is expertly balanced by a dash of Noble hop spice, which contributes light floral and herbal notes that linger briefly on the palate. Highly attenuated with a crisp, dry finish, this lager exemplifies drinkability. It avoids heavy esters or assertive bitterness, focusing instead on a harmonious, thirst-quenching balance that remains elegant and approachable from start to finish.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (2-4 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a white, frothy head of moderate retention that leaves light lacing.

Aroma. Low to medium-low intensity. Features a clean, grainy-malty aroma with a hint of sweet corn. Very low spicy and floral hop notes from the Noble hop additions. Fermentation profile is exceptionally clean with no esters or diacetyl.
