This Double IPA presents a lush, tropical experience driven by an expressive hop blend of Vic Secret, Citra, and Motueka. The nose is greeted by vibrant lime zest and pungent pineapple, characteristic of these Southern Hemisphere and modern American varieties. On the palate, the hop intensity is supported by a soft, frothy foundation of malted barley, oats, and wheat, which tempers the assertive bitterness. Expect layers of ripe tropical fruit and a clean, citrus-forward finish.
