Factor Tree is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a lush, tropical bouquet driven by El Dorado and Rakau hops. The sensory experience opens with intense waves of candied pineapple and stone fruit, transitioning into soft apricot and ripe pear notes. It presents a glowing, opaque straw-yellow hue topped by a persistent, meringue-like white head. The palate delivers a silky, soft body with restrained bitterness that emphasizes a signature juicy character. Subtle, grainy malt provides a clean backbone, leading to a smooth, off-dry finish that celebrates modern New World hop profiles without any lingering harshness.
Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3–5 SRM); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Thick, rocky, white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pineapple and tropical candy from El Dorado, alongside peach and apricot notes from Rakau. Low bready, grainy malt in the background; clean, ester-forward fermentation profile that complements the fruit.
Taste. High hop flavor echoing the tropical and stone fruit aromatics. Low bready malt flavor; medium-low perceived bitterness that is well-masked by the soft mouthfeel. Finish is off-dry and smooth, focusing on fruit depth rather than hop bite.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very low alcohol warmth; smooth and creamy without being viscous or astringent.
