This Double IPA delivers an intense sensory voyage powered by a potent trio of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. Vivid notes of grapefruit and lime from the Citra merge seamlessly with Mosaic's signature blueberry and tropical mango, while Simcoe provides a grounding layer of resinous pine and stone fruit. At 8% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hop saturation to take center stage. The experience is defined by a firm bitterness and a dry, lingering finish that highlights the complex, fruit-forward oils without the heavy sweetness often found in higher-gravity ales.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM). Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing. Good clarity, though a slight hop-induced haze is present.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, passionfruit, and crushed pine needles. Distinctive berry and melon esters from the yeast and hop interaction. Low, clean, neutral grainy malt in the background with a faint, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of mango and citrus peel, transitioning into a firm, resinous bitterness.
