This Double IPA collaboration with Off Script Brewing delivers a saturated sensory experience driven by a trio of modern hops. Nectaron leads with intense bursts of nectarine and pineapple, while Strata adds layers of passionfruit and a signature strawberry-dank edge. Azacca rounds out the profile with ripe mango and orange zest. Despite its 8% strength, the beer remains impressively drinkable, showcasing a clean, supportive malt base that allows the hops to shine. A firm but smooth bitterness balances the tropical fruit sweetness, leading to a crisp, resinous finish with a hint of well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (6-10 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent white head and good clarity.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pineapple, nectarine, and passionfruit. Secondary notes of mango, orange, and a touch of dank resin. Malt is clean and neutral in the background with a very light fruity fermentation profile.

Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors reflecting the tropical and stone fruit aroma. Moderately high bitterness that provides a firm structure without being harsh. Low, soft malt character allows a dry finish with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste.
