An intense bouquet of tropical fruit and citrus is driven by a sophisticated hop blend featuring Galaxy, Mosaic, and Citra. The Mosaic Cryo and Citra 702 extracts amplify the aromatic punch without adding harshness. Expect a wave of passion fruit, blueberry, and bright grapefruit over a soft, supportive malt base of pale grains. The yeast contributes subtle fruity esters that complement the hop-forward character. Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 6 SRM); moderately large white head with good retention and light lacing; hazy to opaque appearance in line with its New England-style inspiration.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passion fruit and mango from Galaxy, backed by blueberry and stone fruit from Mosaic. A bright citrus layer of grapefruit and lime from Citra is evident. Low grainy-sweet neutral malt supports the hop presentation. Low fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and juicy. Hop flavors mirror the aroma with tropical fruit, berry, and zesty citrus oils. Low neutral malt flavor provides a supportive backbone. Moderate bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. Clean fermentation profile. Finishes medium-dry and clean with a lingering fruity aftertaste and no hop harshness.
