The influence of Willet Rye, Old Fitzgerald Bourbon, and Knob Creek Bourbon barrels introduces layers of charred oak, spicy rye, and sweet honeycomb. Aromas of Mexican chocolate, cinnamon, and dark dried fruits lead into a viscous palate of chewy caramel, rich cacao nibs, and the earthy heat of ancho chili peppers.
